i am 23 years old and have uti's as frequent as 4 times a month its really aggr. i am not sexually active on a regular bases please help what do i do oh yeah and now my bladder is so weak i can only hold it for a few min.

To have so many infections in the month, says really you arnt getting rid of the main one. Have you had your urine tested. This will show what bacteria is present an what medication is needed to kill the infection.
If you cant hold your bladder, you should go an see your doctor, you may need testing for an irritable bladder.
Can you tell me more of your syptoms.
