My partner who ive been with for 3 years told me today she has never had an orgasm with me. She has faked orgasms for 3 years straight. Vaginal orgasms she has faked but says ive given here one when stimulating the clitorus. I feel really cheated, perhaps im wrong but she is my first love and the first one i lost my virginity too.
I really do feel bad about it and i know sex isn't everyting, i think its just the fact i feel like ive been lied to for so long. She has been really upset by it but i cant just forget how i feel because she feels bad about it, can i?
Any advice is needed, please!

It's normal for girls to lie about that, and like you can imagine it's the worst thing they can do. Not only are they lying, but they're making it impossible to change whatever is happening to make it so they CAN orgasm.
Don't feel too bad, be glad she told you at all. This gives you an excuse to practice even more. Most woman can't orgasm without clit stimulation, and lots of it. That's likely why she hasn't had an orgasm. Next time you're having sex, maybe have her on top. Get in positions that allow her clit to rub up against you as you go. Either that, or have her/you rub her clit as you have sex. You could even include a vibrator or some other sex toy.
