I am 4 weeks alte on my period for 2 1/2 weks been having cramps. Some sickness little light headness breast arent realy sore .I had my tubes cut and tied .Took four hpt all negitve went to doctor did the blood work it said no baby . The Doctor never told me what it could be dose anyone have any idea what could be going on with me
