I am 5'2 and a teenager. I am overweight. What are some exercise that can help loose some weight. What foods are good for loosing some weight. I want to a least loose 10 pounds. I have a physical coming up so I need to loose weight soon. Please anything would help. I want abs and a flat stomach.

Something that really worked for me ( being overweight aswell, 22 years old male) was boxing!! Boy did i sweat! I lost a lot of weight with boxing, its so physical and fun you dont even feel how youre loosing weith and getting in great shape. Try it, you'll be amazed with how well you'll feel!
