Does anyone have any idea for a cycling program that could get me to the equivalent of running 5 miles 5 times per week? Thanks.

Depends on what you mean by equivalent. If you mean intensity, just go by heart rate. Similar for energy expenditure. But if you're training for a run with a bike, you won't find an equivalent. The closest you can get is to use it a cross-training (less wear/tear on joints, muscle balance work, cardio enhancement).
Cycling can be a great compliment to running, but it won't replace the training you'd need to do.

In the most recent Runner's World Olympian Ed Eyestone posed a similiar question and cited a coaching coleague who equated 60 minutes at or above 70% of your maximum heart rate to a five mile run.
