I am currently 9 weeks pregnant and for the last week and a half I have felt a fluttering sensation in my lower abdomen. It doesn't feel painful at all in fact quite pleasant. Is this the baby moving?

It wouldn't be the baby this soon. I was so excited when i got pregnant for the first time i swore he was moving early too. My doctor said that it was probably bubbles or a slight gasey thing going on. Moms to be get a lot of gas!!! I know he was right, but i chose to think it was the baby. :-D
