My 9 year old has 1 teste much bigger than his other teste,plus he's in alot of pain. We just finished 5 days of antibiotics z pack. It did not work, swelling and pain still there, he also hurts below his stomach area, he also has chicken pox, which he just got from his sister, please help ??? Thank You Mike
There is only one answer to your problem. You have to take your son to a good physician or urologist. The pain indicates that it is not a simple hydrocele, or build up of fluid. You say it is a Lot larger than the other tesicle which means it is something abnormal. The series of antibiotics without results mean that it is probably not an infection. So go immediately.
