my problem is that there is still a bit of foreskin attached to my
penus and i am really worried i know this is common but is there
any sort of ways to fix the problem without surgry because i am

Shouldn't need surgery here. It sounds like your foreskin is still separating from your glans, within a year or two it should have separated fully. (Or is could just be your frenulum, give it a quick google).
Just be sure to pull your foreskin back and give it a good clean out every time you wash.

I have had the same problem till i was 16, about 4 months ago I began pulling on the still connected tissue gently once a day, and last month they seperated, it was slightly painful at first and did expose some raw skin, but i have washed it regularly and now it's healed. The best part is i have experienced considerable penis growth since it happened

i actually have the same problem right now. I'm 14 and i have a strip of skin from the foreskin stuck to the head. Relief to see that i'm not the only one. good luck
