Hello, I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago and around a week later noticed a blister about 5mm in diameter in the crease of my groin. It then burst and left an open wound which was leaking clear, sometimes yellowish fluid. Of course my first fear is herpes but it doesn't look like the typical pictures I've googled (I know, bad idea to use Dr Google). The blister then started peeling at the sides and has opened up to be an open wound about 3x2cm with irregular shape. I have since noticed a small lesion/blister close by and am worried it will keep spreading. Please help! Do you think this could be herpes?!?!
