My son is a healthly male - 34 years old. The past two years he
has been getting a foggy or cloudy feeling in his head and dizzy, sometimes he has chest pain. He has sleep apnea but is having trouble using the machine. He is always tired and it is now making him depressed. He is not used to feeling sick.
He did drop 300 lb weights on his chest a few years ago and dislocated his
shoulder. The shoulder still comes out periodically.
There has been alot of good changes in his life over the last few years,
he should be happy. He quite smoking 2 yrs ago, has a new baby, really good job, he adores his wife of 2 yrs and 2 really good step sons and a lovely home, he says he is happy but is worried the bottom will fall out.
Doctors had did test, xrays and said there is nothing wrong with him.
I have suggest - going to bed earlier - excerise regular - long walks

I had similar symptoms and found out that I was low on Thyroid hormone. I would ask your GP to do a thyroid function test and check the levels. Some other items of interest I found during my search that can cause the issues you speak of are a pinched nerve in the spine, possibly due to the weights incident, carbon monoxide exposure, hypoglycemia, sleep apnea, and iodine deficiency. I hope this helps.
