hello i am 15 years old, and i discovered that i had a rash next to my penis and testicles, but it is not on either of them. i had the rash for almost 2 weeks. at first i did not think of what it could be, it just felt soar and irritating. so a few days ago i decided to check what it was that was bothering me, and underneath the hair in that area, i discovered a small rash, and it looks like it had a little lumpiness to it, does anyone know what this could be?. your help would be greatly appreciated
