a few days ago i noticed red spots next to my scrotum... at first i started freaking out beacuse i though it was an STD... The next few days it did not start spreading and nothng happened.

Its has been a few days and nothing new has happened. It looks like red vein on my skin and on side is peeling ( a little bit)

I was expirmenting with a guy in my neighborhood and it was my first sexual encounter... im 15 and i wanted to know if i had an STD or a rash or an infection...
