A red bump on my labia

First day i noticed i had a red bump on my labia. I am exclusive with my bf, and he couldn't even see it but when he put his finger over it, he felt a hard lump underneath my skin. Second day the bump go bigger and started hurting and itching because if this itching, I often used toilet paper after urination to wipe and rub the area, causing even more irritation to the wound and area surrounding it. Third day, while I was taking a shower I pinched the lump and felt pressure released but since it was at the very bottom part of my labia close to my anus I couldn't see if any pus came out. After I popped this bump, it became an open wound, like a blister, little bumps that my bf described as pore like things surrounded the blister. They eventually turned into more blisters and hurt really bad. I went to the clinic and its not for another week until I get my result! I'm dying to know because I have never had an outbreak before or any STDs period. My boyfriend got checked too and he was clean as well. We are exclusive. I don't know how this is possible! If not herpes, what else can it be? Do pimples on the labia turn into blisters when healing? help me! I even broke up with my boyfriend because I feel so embarrassed and hopeless.
