Hello, I am a 24 year old female suffering from bloating and painful swelling after intercourse. I have had it for about 6 months and it just keeps coming back no matter how long I wait before I had sex. This swelling is a lot like having a small ball in my uterus, so I cannot lay on the floor on my stomach because of the pressure.
It happens both after vaginal sex as well as oral sex, so it is probably not because of my partner hurting my cervix.
Another symptom I am experiencing is constipation. I am not sure if it is related, but I have to keep drinking water and eating veggies to prevent it much more than I used to.
I would like to know if anybody else is experiencing this symptoms and any suggestions to take care of this problem. Thank you so much for any help.

Constipation might very well be at least one culprit here! So yes, keep drinking water and remember to include fiber in your diet! Also, exercising regularly helps with constipation! Seeing that still things are pretty tightly packed in your lower bottom (bladder, womb and rectum), any dysfunction in any of these might contribute to your problem.
Moving on, apparently these issues occur when you are sexually stimulated? It could be something to do with the increased blood flow in that region when you are turned on. Given I'm not a doctor, and even if I would giving an accurate answer on what could be the issue here would be impossible without some physical examination. So hear me out, if it really is bothering you, your best luck is at a doctor on figuring out what the problem is. At least call a doctor and I'm sure they will give you more accurate answers.
