It could be a sensitivity issue. There are creams you can use to desensitize your penis (numb it).
Try to focus on the feelings as you enter. Pull out if you have too. Until you get used to these feelings you may ejaculate early.
You could also masturbate beforehand. It may help delay your next ejaculation.

you're probably just thinking about it too much. Also hate to say this but if this has only been happening with one girl that you've repeatedly been trying to do well with, you're better off just moving onto another girl.
