Hi, im 13 and weigh 57kg, i feel so fat and unhappy about my-self , i feel like im a fat B****, im about to go on a crash diet and when i feel i am about to faint just eat a piece of celery as u don't put on weight when u eat celery you loose it, i am also going to exercise as much as possible as i have a small gym in my house, i am going to try it so my dad or sisters don't find out, if you have any tips or advice please leave a comment, thanks x. :-( %-) 8-|
