I'm 22, and my testicles, penis, back and legs all ache. Also, I have barely made stool in the past 2 weeks, and I have to really strain to pass water, and then it is a minute amount and there is a sharp icey feeling. This has been getting worse over the past 3 weeks, any ideas?

It's time to see your doctor.
You could have an infection or infections. UTI's can cause lower back pain that radiates. It may also be prostatitis or even a kidney stone.
The additional concern is the lack of making stool. If you are very dehydrated that can slow down your digestive system.
