i have refractory depression..my dr put me on xnax and prozac in march and added adderall april 7 th we have been playing with the dose of adderall..he said it would give me energy and abooost...all i feel is high heartrate...I have been on benzos for 20 years...im so depressed and no energy i just knew the adderall would help me but its been almosta month and nothing except high heart rate..maybe my anxiety aboout worrying about it makes it not work........has anyone had proble,s like this no help from adderall..any suggestions..thanks

If the XL does not help with your energy level after one week, switch to Wellbutrin SR.
