haha. ok first buddie, there is nothing in the bible about masturbating. It is not a sin and it's completely natural to masturbate. I am a christian myself and have wasted over two days of diligent searching for a reason "not" not to masturbate and found nothing. actually it's healthy for you as long as you don't do it too often. there is an article that helped me out a lot in the sexual health section. you should definitely read it.
As for smoking weed... That's like one of my top "never do" things, especially since the big book talks about polluting our bodies. Your body is a temple of Christ if you have accepted him as your savior and creator. If you start to smoke it will have an immediate effect on your health and you will make God very upset. Another side effect of smoking is that it dumbs down your sexual organs and it feels numb while you are high, eventualy it will become permanent and you will have very little feeling of sexual pleasure. so go with the hand job not a joint.
