Hi all. I’ve been on paxil in the past and it caused me weight gain and complete loss of libido. After my complaints I was taken off of it and put on welbutrin and valium (for anxiety). I’m diagnosed as a BPD and a drug addict and taking valium is very helpful for my anxiety but on the other hand I have much trouble not over doing it. That is why my husband has taken over administering the meds to me. Everything was fine until my GP changed me from valium to adivant and back on paxil with welbutrin… I really don’t know why he had to do it but I can’t do a thing about it. I can already tell that my libido is going down again. I’m now sure that welbutrin and valium didn’t cause it because I didn’t feel so while taking them. Has anybody been on a welbutrin paxil adivant mix and how did it work for you? Is it possible that this mix is the cause for the state I’m in??? Any feedback would be very appreciated. Thanks.
I have been on just about every SSI that you can name - nurotin, effexor, paxil, zyprexa, lithium, tegratol, lamictal, prosac, depakote, wellbutrin. I even think that I’ve forgotten to mention few more. As I remember, wellbutrin kept me from crashing into depression. And with all obligations I have, I just cant go back to a hospital. I just can’t handle the anxiety. My head spins constantly and I only benzo can help me out - adivant really does nothing for me, but then again I am only taking 2mg a day... On the other hand, Xanax makes me crazy, kolanapin to forget things.
