Hi, I normally use this cleanser and I have to say I used to love it. However after just using it in the shower, my face went so red - with patches of normal skin around my eyes and under my jawline (where I didn’t use it). I did put on more than I usually do as I was in the shower, but I was still horrified to see a red tomato looking back at me in the mirror!!
My dad recommended to mix some salt with lukewarm water and dab my face with a flannel of it, and it seems to be working. I also put on a light moisturiser and the redness is fading. I am however contacting Bioré and complaining. Hope this helps! ❤️❤️

I’ve had the same problem! I never in my life had a allergic reaction to anything. My face and neck area has small bumps as if I have a heat rash, AS IF RIGHT NOW. I had to find out what I did the day prior to figure what caused my face to be like this. It’s annoying, they need to take this c**p off the shelves, ASAP!

I had a similar reaction! I used it on my face and neck and have penny sized rash lumps on my neck that are extremely itchy! Ive never had a reaction to a face cleaner before in my life. I don't have eczema, but I used an eczema lotion and it relieved the itch.

Well, the biore with charcoal is made for an oily skin, so if you don’t have an oily skin and you use it anyway it makes your face extreeeeemely dry. Your skin then starts to make a lot of its natural oils and then you get loads of spots because of the overload of those oils..

same just happened to me.. it itches so bad. i can't believe this happened. I am so insecure about my face. This product just made it 100 times worse. please recall this. My skin is oily but its not sensitive.

I’ve was using biore at a point in my life and it was doing good. Then all of a sudden I started getting little bumps all over my face I thought it was the moisturizers that I used but as I stopped using them I still had the bumps due to the biore face wash. Now I’m going to switch face washes and try cetaphile

I’m 18 I have been using biore face wash since I was about 13 and I’ve never had any problems until recently. I used it and my face was extremely red and sore the next day. I noticed the redness but I have sensitive skin so I blew it off and now my face is so sore. Looks like I have to find a new face wash. Anyone have any ideas to get rid of the soreness and pain ?

I used it twice, the first time it was fine but i had a strange tingly feeling and it burned a little when i used it, the second time it started to itch and it turned red then i broke out, i cant find an expiration date on it though and i dont know when itll ear up since i just broke out today after using it. Wish me luck

Biore Charcoal cleanser made my eyes swell almost shut I have welts and red burning and itching on my entire farce it’s terrible I just moved and it’s all I could find as I unpacked I would’ve been better off not washing my face at all ! This product should not be alliowed for use on humans or any animal for that matter it’s almost Halloween and I guess I’m going to have to wear a mask embarrassed to go in public
