Hi, I have the same tingling. It’s been just over a month and it’s still kinda there. Have you had theirs problem or found a way to get rid of it?

Hi. I went to my mom's house a few days ago. I have to use Cetaphil normally but forgot it. She had this Biore Charcoal Wash, "Deep Pore Charcoal Cleanser." It burned almost to the point of feeling like fire at first, I washed it off and continued to use it for 2.5 days.... Yesterday I noticed that my face was beginning to to break out really bad, like hundreds of little hive like, acne spots. Very frustrating as I have a hard enough time with my face. Anyways, to anyone that this is helpful to, don't use it, just throw it away if you've already bought it.

Please contact Biore! They need to know that this product is causing terrible skin reactions!! I used calamine lotion. It helped a bit. But it ultimately took over 2 weeks for my skin to heal completely.

Calamine lotion.... and time. It took over two weeks. You should go to the pharmacy and ask for a prescription, that might speed up the healing process. But you should also contact Biore and explain the situation! Not only will they give you a free product of your choice, they will also more likely recall the product so that no on else needs to suffer like we did!!!

This has happened to me very badly. My skin is awful and has been in this state for 8 days.. Have you managed to get rid of yours? if so, was there anything you used to help? Thanks

OMG I feel your pain!!! Eventually, yes the rash / skin irritation went away on its own. It took just over 2 weeks though. FML! I used calamine lotion to help sooth my skin but it didn't work very well. I'd recommend going to the pharmacy or drug store and asking the pharmacist what they recommend. I would think Benadryl or any other antihistamine is a good choice to reduce the effects of the rash. Also contact Biore and get a damn refund. This is some BS.

I wish I found all of this out before i had purchased the Biore acne cleanser. I have been using it for 3 days. I started noticing tons of little tiny bumps all over my face. I immediately freaked out because my face has been clear my whole life. I thought that it was maybe an allergic reaction to the Witch Hazel i was using so i stopped using the Witch Hazel and kept using the Biore cleanser. BAD IDEA! I’m so glad to find out that it’s the cleanser. I’m gonna throw it out right away!

It happened to me as well... my skin is normally really good just had here and there some pimples and tiny little red bumps which you could barely see, but I thought that face wash would help me get better skin and I used it 3 days in a row (which it says you can use up to 3 times a day) and now I have literally burns on my face which itch and burn so bad... they appeared only 3 hours after using it again... now I have a pound of Nivea Creme and rose oil in my face lol

Hello from Greece.
My grandma got me this cleanser on her last trip to the States, three months ago, and I've been using it in conjunction with the pore strips. I have to say, I have a lot less blackheads in my pores but took me three allergic reactions before I realized that it was this product that kept giving me hives. Last time I ended up in the hospital with an IV. I was just sitting and I remember that it kept giving me a very distinct burning sensation when I used it and I really think this is the culprit. I've never ever had sensitive skin in my entire life up until using this. And I thought it was my Kiehl's facial cream at 10 giving me rashes. Be careful when using this port not even use it at all throw it in the trash right away. In in case you're wondering I'm taking antihistamine pills and I'm using the avène cicalfate cream to soothe my rashes. Also if you can get your hands on Amazon try the frezyderm anticort cream it's really good. And also use dermatologically tested products such as avène or La Roche Posay at least until your skin heals. Glad to see that I'm not the only one prayers and hopes it heals soon and we're all good. XOXO
