Hello im 16 turning 17 in almost 3 months i have been to docters many times about other issues on my scrotom and mainly about itching and other disorders which im useing cream to get rid of but today after getting out of shower i noticed almost like all over my scrotom is dots to be more detailed some are bigger then others are all are white i can pop them extracting a bit of puss but it seems heir still a bit left i have never had sex that i know of and my mother died of child birth and i know nothing of her history so i dont know if any information would be nice
