Hey Matt I don't believe you are behind on puberty. Everyone develops at different rates . How old are you ? What color hair do you have? Also how much pubic hair do you have is it just around your penis and testicles or does it spread up towards your belly button and out towards your inner thighs? How big are your testicles?
