Am I depressed?
-I think about suicide at least twice a day
-I wake up about 30 minutes before I need to but then go back to sleep
-I snack on food more often
-I have no/ little interest in my daily activities
-I don't feel very positive about myself
-I don't want to hang out with my friend very often
But, I am a teenager so I feel that these may just be hormonal. I also feel normal though too.
-I worry about my appearances
-I worry about my grades
-I laugh with my friends at school
-I do all my homework and have maintained straight As
Is this just a phase or should I talk to someone about it?

if you get to where you feel bad enough that you think about suicide then you must tell someone! THere are lots of possibilites that you can get help to relieve the symptoms you described. And yes, even though you laugh with friends at school it does not mean that you aren't depressed. Because that is definitely depression. And we are all hormonal as teenagers but some have a harder time and, that is not their fault, so please reach out to someone you trust.
