I started my period on nov. 18 This is the first sign of "period" since my last depo shot back in June............. I was supposed to go back in Septmbr to get my second dose, however I didn't because I didn't like the way it made me feel. Which goes back to this being my first sign of "period". SInce nov. 18, my bf and I have been having sex and I had my sunday start on my birth control which was the 22. I took it all the way up until thrsdy. Now for some reason Im bleeding again, I have been bleeding since the 27. They say it takes between 4 to 12 days before implantation begins after conception. Can someone please help! I explained it the best I could about my situation and me and my bf are really confused :$ :'(
to start of with... even though you were taking the depo shot... birth control doesnt start working effectively right away. your body has to get used to the hormones the body is receiving... by the looks of it... i dont think you are pregnant if thats what you are concerned about... you bleeding simply means that the body is menstruating... you basically unbalanced your hormones by starting the birth control. many girls when they start taking birth control they start there periods sooner and things like that... and some other girls birth control doesnt effect them at all... if you want you can take a test 2 weeks from now to see if a test comes out positive. if i were you i would just keep taking the birth control until my body gets used to them...
sex also influence your period if you didnt know this... you using birth control and having sex might of messed you up a little... just simply use a calendar and mark the day you started this "bleeding" and keep it on track... that way you know when you begin your period and how long your cycle is... if you notice any changes in it or anything like that consult a doctor... but by the looks of it your fine.
hope i helped a bit
