Am I paranoid, or pregnant?

i didn't have sex, but sperm got on my inner thigh.. its only been a week since it happend. but i've been getting cramps and head aches all the time. i wiped it off as soon as it happened, and as far as im aware it wasn't near my "women parts" just on my inner thigh. but i'm still really scared..
