Im 18 and have been experiencing blood from there for almost 2 years every time I have a BM, and I DO mean, every time.
I havent had it checked out since i thought it was just maybe a cut from stretching, i do have anal sex and get blood during that too, however not at all for at least 3 months. since then it has just gotten worse, it started and just a few drops on my TP, now i find droplets in the water, and a substantial amount on the TP afterwards. It stings to have a BM, and I get to the stage where I'am afraid of going incase I need to empty my bowls again. It does sting, which i think backed up my theory that it might just be a cut from having to big a BM, however, before the two years I have had larger or harder ones without any consequence, now it could be the size of rabbit pellets and it would still sting and cause blood.... :$
I think i just need help.

I have had the occasional bloody stool which manifested into blood on the toilet paper, and finally a few drops of blood in the toilet during bowel movements. The doctor says it is probably a hemroid and will go away on it's own. Lately my boyfriend and I have been experimenting with anal sex...today we had vigorous anal sex and since then I have been bleeding quite a bit. More than the normal spotting after anal- like almost as bad as a period! I have no pain though. I do feel a bit gassy, but I don't have a fever or anything. We had sex this morning, and it is now 7pm and I am still bleeding heavily when I go to the bathroom...any thoughts or ideas as to what is wrong? I would get worried over the idea of him piercing my colon, but like I said- no pain, no fever.

Some of the most common reasons for anal bleeding include:
1) A fissure - a small cut on your anal opening (your as****e) due to hard or improperly digested stool (like if you ate glass)
A way to check is to look at your as****e in the mirror. If there's bleeding but no swelling - it can either be a cut on your rectum or internal hemorrhoids. More on internal hemorrhoids in section 2.
2) A hemorrhoids (external or internal) - a way to check for external hemorrhoids is to look at your anus in the mirror. If there's any swelling around the anus, especially after a BM, it's most likely external hemorrhoids, they can bleed if they get too large or if they bubble out like a mole or a blood pocket. If they don't dissipate - see a physician immediately. The most common way to tell if you have internal hemorrhoids is to see of there's blood in the stool. Also if blood drips out of your rectum after passing stool when there's no visible damage to the anus. If you're not sure - see a doctor.
These are the most common causes that account for over 80% of anal bleedings!

I'm wondering the same thing about cosmetic surgery. I can't see talking to my parents about this, but I'm covered under their insurance since I'm still in school. I don't know how to talk about it with potential partners who want to top me or do any anal play. It's caused a great lack of confidence and kept me from bottoming for other guys. This has been the state of things since late HS/early college.
Nothing is particularly painful or inflamed or anything, but there are one or two visible hemorrhoids that are "deflated", and the opening no longer has that pretty, tight, puckered appearance. Towards the perineum, the opening bulges, almost as if it's prolapsed, but it doesn't hurt or anything--it's just like the outer sphincter never fully closes...

I'm normally fine but sometimes after using household objects as "toys" I find a slight burning sensation in the anus and small dabs of bright red blood on the toilet paper. Should I be worried?

Oh my god I have the same thing everytime I need a BM I'm terrified to go because I know it's going to hurt my anal is ripped in like 2 or 3 different places I think I have stools and the toilet is like a pool of blood and sometimes I get a lump of blood on e tissue the pain is so sore that it makes me nearly stand up with the pain I had since I was 16 I think and I'm 17 and a half now. And then my anal hurts after fr a few days and then it's time to have another BM and I have tried stool softness and everything.. I'm scared to go to the doctor as I find it very embarrassing. What did the surgery do to you do you get anal fissures any more

im 17 girl and iv been having bleeding in my bm for about 2 weeks now i thought it would go away . but now its just getting worse . im also now getting this really intensely sharp pain in my side (its not period cramps or a stomachach i know the difference) . and today there was alot . like alot almost what you get during a period . like in the water of the bowl . idk what to do HELP

I'd ask the Doctor to be sure, but it could be you are wiping to roughly or your TP is too rough. I have this happen sometimes if I have to wipe a lot. I recommend getting flushable wipes from Wal Mart. They are soft, and they clean really quickly. Hope this helps, and good luck!

Hey well I have problems with my bowels cause I am bulimic, but I dnt bleed even when in constipated, but I do have anal and its tight but I never bleed becuz the person have to be gentle because he can really hurt you, dont stick nothing in there without a soft surface, never put glass, a toothbrush,a brush handle, its not made for that, use lots of lub and be gentle..but seems to mee you have a great issue dear in the behind area, you should go see a specialist ASAP, and this is for all others bleeding quite alot and often, I hope I was helpful
