I am pretty sure that I have an external hemorrhroid. I had it for about a day or so and it was kind of painful but not too bad. I drank a lot of water and hoped it would get better, but shortly after i developed lots of bumps around my anus, closer to the outside of my butt cheeks. It has gotten more and more painful and now I have had this condition for a few days. I cant tell if it is getting better or worse. Do I need to see a doctor or if I continue with water and hemorrhoid cream should it get better by itself? Thank you.
