I was just wondering if anyone else has heard of Rectus diastasis!. It is when you can put your finger in your belly button and press down, while your lying on your back and lifting your head a bit. Im just wondering if this is the reason why I can't get a flat belly, I just had a baby 4 months ago and have been working out everyday. Apparently doing situps with diastasis is bad because you need to work your transverse muscle which is located in the inner adominal wall. Im wondering what I should do, so I can help achieve the belly I would like over time!. Thank you : %-)
