Please, i started using the apple cider vinegar mixed with water and baking soda as i learnt on platform for a weight loss. According to research, two table spoons of apple cider vinegar, a glass of water and a tablespoon of baking soda should be taken thirty minutes before breakfast for rapid results. I started this for about a week and from the fourth day, i started having a stomach upset with running stomach. i have stopped it for now due to the inconveniences but i still want to lose weight. What should i do?
