I have had almost the exact same symptoms I have found that magnesium citrate a liquid laxative and a heating pad help. It could also be a food intolerance not a food allergy which is different. I noticed before this occurred that my daily bowel movewments became more like every couple of days which is weird so it could be constipation and poor diet or a slowing of your metabolism. God help us!

I have had stomache problems for years, but I`n an older old girl.  IBS seemed to be the only thing my Dr. came up with.

I went on:  no gluten and wheat bread, stay off windy foods, such as cheese, drink(cut down, perhaps stay off wine?)

No milk, change to Hemp milk perhaps.  But I still get it, just discomfort in the back, front;  lower area as if I have periods??? That`s a joke, hav`nt got those type of body parts anymore.  Bloating, scratchy types of feelings and dreadful spasms in anus and the tenderness around the navil? I`m pretty fed up with it as you all are, perhaps a scan is in order?  Thats the next route I`m going down.

It sounds like all of you have candida. I have battled with it in the past, and am currently battling with it. Most doctors don't understand or know about it and how to treat it. If you do in fact have candida, it will be a real challenge finding a doctor that will treat you for it. This website is a very good resource,

I hope you all can get feeling better.

P.S.....IBS is diagnosed by many doctors but the issue is more than likely candida in most cases.

Ok so for months I have been tired, like 25% of my usual energy level, plus have had back pain sporadically in my lower back and upper right shoulder blade, then one day I got severely itchy all over my abdomen for absolutely no reason and this lasted for days. For some time I felt bloated and started to notice that any pressure on my stomach caused more itchiness and stomach pain. I searched online for the reason for all of this. Then one night I ate a few pistachios and my stomach really began to hurt. I thought that I possibly had gall bladder issues since they run in my family. I am not overweight in fact I was 5 foot 7 and 122 lbs with a reasonably good diet (rarely any fast food or sweets). I am fifty and otherwise in great health. I put myself on a healthy diet for helping the gall bladder (fruits and vegies, no dairy) and made a doctors appt. I was on the diet for four days before I went to see him. That day I told him I carried myself and felt like I was eight plus months pregnant. (I have had six kids and know how this feels) Because of my family history he ordered blood work and an ultrasound stat. All results came back normal so I thought I was crazy. I returned to a somewhat normal diet and called the doctore back by Monday to report in. I Had some raspberry wine on Sunday night and in the morning my BM seemed to contain something that looked like bits of egg shell. I was at about a 3 in pain level in the morning and told the doctor so he asked me to get a stool sample. By the evening my pain level was about 6 and I was so bloated and uncomfortable. All I could do to alleviate the pain was lay down and I felt tired all the time. That night I searches the Internet for help with gall issues despite all my normal test results. (My dad had his gall removed despite all normal blood work, etc but he was in so much pain they did exploratory surgery and found his gall bladder full of gangrene. My grandmother died of a gall bladder rupture so I didn't feel I could trust the lab results or ultrasound . ). Anyway I searched and found websites which discussed gall bladder/ liver flushes. I had all the symptoms they described and I was at my wits end so I figured I should try one. Tuesday night I started by drinking 2 tbsp of Epsom salt in 10 ounces of water after fasting for six hours. Then an hour later I began to drink eight glasses, each filled with 2 tbsp virgin olive oil, 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and six or so ounces of water. The directions said to drink these every fifteen minutes until ten were consumed, but after the eighth one I couldn't take another sip. I was so full. I created my first stool sample after my first BM and then continued to go to the bathroom several times until I drank my eight glass around midnight. Each time I collected my BM in a container so I could see it better and there was a lot of debri. With each BM I couldn't believe what i saw. Over night I had gone two times. I awakened still feeling bloated and had back pain so I drank some water. About fifteen minutes later I went ro the bathroom and the BM was green and full of stone like material. I was sure these were gall stones so I cleaned one or two and sent them to the lab with my stool sample. I read that I should stay on a strict vegetarian diet for teo to four weeks and I started to feel much better. I still had pain but my bloating had subsided considerably. In two days I was back at an energy level at about 85% and my back pain was completely gone. By Friday I got a call from the doctors office. My stool sample test was normal! I still cant believe it. I have been on a vegetarian diet with no dairy products now for two weeks. I still get pain on and off if I eat something that my stomach doesnt like but most of the bloating went away and my energy level is much better. I plan to stay on it at least two more weeks before I see whether i should go see a gastro doctor. I don't like drugs or surgery so if necessary I will redo the flush. Today I don't feel so well but I know that drinking a lot of water does help. If you are fed up with the pain, are reasonably healthy, and are sick of the pain and bloatedness like me u may want to consider a liver cleanse. Search online and find the one that u feel most comfortable with. I think we all have stomach issues due to a build up of toxins and we need to clean ourselves out. Good luck, I will keep u informed as time goes on

Same issue here. I lived until I was 26 with no stomach issues ever. Out of nowhere I began having raging stomach rumbling at work and at school. I have gas in the evenings, all kinds of stomach noises, and stomach distension. Not just every now and again... but every single day.

It's been a year, now, and I have tried just about everything. I've tried 6 different probiotics, honey, mastic gum, exotic teas, GasX, and more. The only thing that has really helped is peppermint oil. The problem is it also causes some GERD symptoms which I'm worried about.

Truthfully, this has ruined my life in a lot of ways. I would never wish this emotional pain on any of my worst enemies.

I have also had the same symptoms! Started around August/September. I have weird noises coming from my stomach lower back pain and my stomach hurts. I have diahrrea every time! It's very strange because most viruses last no longer than 48 hrs. Sometimes I've wondered if I was pregnant but I have taken 3 pregnancy test all negative and I haven't had sex in 5 months! This is weird I'm going to see a doctor whenever I have time

Hi I am a 40 year old male and was a sportsman and ever since I started working I don't play or exercise for 6 months. I am ok built and have a bloated belly like I am 6 or 7 months pregnant, I have been to my doc who sent me to a specialist and was told to do a few blood tests and a sonography and all was normal. But I was told to diet and eat healthy which I am not. I have also stopped smoking  for a year and a half, but look up Google and read stuff so if a yobs can relate to my issues it would help
