Was swimming in Hamilton Pool, Austin TX & got a cut/gash on left middle toe. 4 days later developed rash/welts which were itching on left side of torso & left arm. Could this have been caused by bacteria in water? Currently taking antibiotic & steroids prescribed by doctor.
