I am 16, and I agree that masturbation has side effects....I am masturbating since 2 years and I have personally noticed a lot changes in my body as well as bad effects on my mind...I started losing concentration in my studies and even started feeling pain in my left knee....it led to constipation as well as gas....I always feel miserable and unable to memorize things....I prefer people to have control on their feelings....i feel that masturbation is a low-density fun! After 40 plus years of life, I finally realize masturbating has strong side effects of mental frustration, sore behind the knees, sore stomach, bad gas, sore lower back pain. Sometimes can develop relentless pain, discomfort, and strain, and can be extremely difficult to function normal daily activity. Somehow self ejaculation has a connection to these areas. My solution is stop masturbating by any means possible. The addiction needs to be acknowledged and put to rest.
