Hi!! i have a similar problems. Left Knee pain, joint pain, fatigue etc. Seriously! i don't think my left leg is as strong as my right leg. i cant stand on my left leg for too long. I believe that masturbation is the reason for this.

I don't understand why people say it is so good to masturbate and that there are no consequences of doing so. From what I have noticed, every single time I masturbate I feel weaker and fatter. I also feel the energy leave my body. In my perspective, I believe nutrients and energy are gone with masturbation. I feel I am in much the same boat now as you were then. I have also been getting the runaround with xrays and finally I'm going to the best hospital in the world to get an mri of my knee. I have noticed these problems every since I started masturbating. Before these knee problems I could run a mile in 5 minutes and a 5.0 second 40 as a daily smoker. Every since I masturbated I have had constant knee pain, reduced stamina and an inablilty to focus. It looks like I've finally found the cause of my knee pain.
I've been masturbating, roughly, at least once every day for the past 8 years. On occasion even more than three times a day. Nine years ago I really got into running, and surprisingly enough, I was great at it. My first year, I brought my 1600m time down to a 5:20. This was fantastic news, and over the course of the next 6 years I began to take on every event. I excelled in jumps, but my specialty was distance. Then everything changed, when I began to masturbate. I noticed a lack of energy at first, and trouble with memory, and concentration. While it did not hinder my running, it was horrible trying to get perfect grades. The real issues began near the end of my junior year. The frequency of my masturbation was definitely heightened with the stress of varsity track. My 1600 time was brought down to 5:02 by this point, which is fantastic considering I'm an asthmatic. However, this is when the knee pain began. It gradually increased until the point where I could not run at all. This is crazy considering that halfway through the year before I was able to do over 300lb leg extensions. (I did not have weak legs) My coach was expecting me to run below 4:40 that year, but unfortunately he took me out completely because of my knee "injuries".
I went to several doctors, and Xrays revealed two perfect knees. When I went to a physical therapists, they had a surprising deduction. The VMOs (part of the quadriceps) on both of my legs were completely atrophied. So far gone, in fact, that I could not straighten my leg. I had pain sitting, standing, even after stretching, but far, far worse after masturbating. To this day, my knees will hurt after masturbating.
So for the past three years, I have been unable to run. I've also been doing daily physical therapy, which it appears, is doing little to help. I'm in the middle of taking a break from masturbating, and even though it's only been a week, I've noticed great changes. Hopefully now that I know that other people, even athletes, are experiencing this peculiar ailment with masturbating, I can begin to make a change in my routine.
