How I got to this. I am not circumcised so my glans is normally damp. I'd be more worried about what it's doing to your skin. Better to use baby oil or a product designed as lube. Also, moisturize the penis daily to help prevent chafing. Man1 Man Oil has both vitamin E and Shea butter, two great moisturizers, safe for the penis.
