Hello,

Ive been reading these boards and just about every other one i can find to try and help with whats happening inside me .. Found alot of folks with the same symptoms but no one gave an answer ,,,

For about a wek i have been getting this tingling, electrical,spasm type feeling on the right side of my body , from the navel to the chest , it only happens when i stretch the wrong way and it only last for 5- 20 seconds depending on how fast i can get straightened out , here for the past two days it been happenning regular especially when i try to roll over in bed ,,, it is not really painful ,, but feels like it could be at any time , more scarry than anything , , i am without health insurance and my only option is the emergency room where they will have to at least look at me ,, hope that sopme one here will tell me im ok or just let me know if i do need to go .... i would appreciate any help on this... and forgive my spelling ,, it took me about 10 minutes just to type this..
