I was mislead when giving a deposit! I will NEVER use them after how they have treated me with trying to get my deposit returned after notifying them within 2 days. They told me that there would be no problem with returning a deposit within a week if I let them know within 3 days. It's now 2-1/2 weeks later, and they told me today that it's going to be another 2 weeks before I can get my deposit. RUN as fast as you can from this unscrupulous company. I wish that I had read experiences before I even spent the time to visit, much less given them my check. Lies were told in the "free" consultation about how deposits would be handled. I've only called 4 times in the past two weeks, and now they are treating me like I am a nuisance and said that they told me it would be ten days. Duh! It's been two weeks, and now they are telling me it's going to be another two weeks to get my deposit back. I probably will charge them interest, if I don't have to take them to small claims court.
