I have the same issue . I went to doctor and have had multiple scans . Nothing wrong according to them . My guess would be a muscle strain from a hard to pass stool. I would always check with a doctor first. But make sure you keep stools soft as possable . Pears , plenty of water brown bread coconut water rasins and shreeded wheat helps me go I dont eat meat apart from fish as I find them hard to pass. I also reccommend a squatty potty . Check it out on utube. It helps to put you in a more natural pooing position and helps prevents straining and from hemoroids getting to bad . It really helped me and was a real help.
