When I have gone though Benzo withdrawal I had headaches, no energy, no appetite, diarrhea, chills. I felt like having the flu, but I don't know for sure if symptoms are from withdraws or being sick. What are others stories from benzo withdrawal?
To those of you in benzo withdrawal now I want you to know you will recover, although I never thought I would be saying these words, but I am just about my old self again after a severe withdrawal. It took me 6 months off to get my chemistry back to normal. I have had some setbacks, but the symptoms went away and I feel better than ever after them. The first 3 months off I could not read, write, watch TV or do, I had such severe anxiety I knew I was in hell.
I stopped taking Benzos 3 weeks ago and now having bad withdrawal symptoms. How can I ease them?
