My father gave me this interesting book to read called “ Mayo Clinic - On healthy weight”. It is not about dieting and quickly loosing weight but more about reaching perfect permanent weight with combining and eating healthy food. Thus, it helps with reducing risks of some diseases caused by fattening. In combination with exercises, it is said that this healthy nutrition is perfect on the long run. Maybe you could look for it and see what more there is to say about the topic. I can see some positive changes on my father. He has lost his big stomach, has much more energy, and yet his asthma is not torturing him that much.
