Birth Control + Pull Out

Okay, so I'm wondering if I'm being paranoid. My girlfriend takes birth control regularly. I won't lie, she's not perfect but she follows the instructions to take 2 or so if she misses one ( she's got a hectic schedule ). When we have sex I also pull-out. Now I'm not trying to be smug here, but I know when I am close to orgasm or even steadily approaching it and I am normally out of her even before that "oh boy" feeling starts to tingle. I have read the studies and what not about pre-ejaculate and normally urinate right after every ejaculation when I have gotten myself off. She has told me she had to start using birth control at a younger age to even get her periods, and that they are irregular anyway. I'm wondering what the likeliness of her getting pregnant is under our circumstances. We are both clean and have been tested. And no need to say it, I already went to planned parenthood and got some condoms so that I can be more safe than sorry when things start to heat up next time.

Also was wondering, sex just doesn't seem to get me close to orgasm... like at all. Unless we do it in a certain position. Any thoughts or Ideas?
