There are a number of green herbs that can help with indigestion and parsley is one of them. You may need to change your diet to get your digestion issues to go away. You might want to do a detox first. Clean everything up so that it is working properly. If you have heartburn at night, I would suggest that you don't eat or drink anything before you go to bed. Eating and drinking just make it worse. I don't generally get heartburn but if I drink a lot of water before I go to bed I can get it. Then I have to prop my head up so the liquid doesn't hit my esophagous. Probably a good idea to have eaten 4 to 5 hours before you go to bed. You shouldn't go to bed on a full stomach anyway.
Look, your tongue can tell you a lot about your digestion. It is not a bad thing to observe your tongue every morning when you get up, just to check it, you should observe to see are there any changes in color.
I would not experiment alone when it comes to this. I would try to find what are black tongue symptoms or treatment options, but again don't try to make things right by yourself.
This is something that can be extremely dangerous and you should definitely go and see your doctor.
Maybe it is nothing, maybe it is a harmless discoloration, but you don't know that.
