Ok, I have had a very big problem with blisters on the medial ball of my feet with my Saucony trigon 5 shoes (neutral trainers). I have stopped the blisters by using body glide on the balls of my feet before I run. But, I am still getting annoying hot spots in those areas. I used my older Asics Gel-1120 (light mild-pronator) for a week and no more hot spots! Although, I did get some knee and I.T. pain because the asics are very old. I have a normal arch, and I am a forefoot runner.

- Should my next pair of shoes be mild-overpronators??
- Or should I just contribute the hot spots to the design of the sauconys?

Thanks, Mike
