My stomach was almost flat web I woke up this morning.
Then I had breakfast..
-Whole wheat bread with natural organic peanut butter and a little almond butter
-fiber one with a little extra virgin olive oil and cinnamon
-strawberries
-a little very vanilla yoplait yogurt
-3 almonds
I was bloating a little but I went on a walk and pooped so the bloat went away. Then i had a small snack (the rest of my yogurt from breakfast) didnt make me bloat.Then I ate lunch.
-veggie sandwich (whole wheat bread, red bell peppers, basil, extra virgin olive oil, lettuce, and tomato)
Before I had a chance to bloat, I went walking. When I came home I knew I was probably bloating a little (i could tell from putting my hands around my stomach) so I had some water and green tea. It didn't help at all! If anything it made it worse. So I tried some creamy organic all natural peanut butter and a little almond butter because both go right through me. But this time it didn't! I did pee, but nothing changed.
Can someone please tell me what to do about it?! The bloating won't go away
