Blood in my seman and urin after sex but not masterbation

So in june I had sex and after there was blood in my urin I went to the hospitol and told me it was a UTI or a simalar problem. About 6 hours after I had sex the there was no more blood in my urin. They gave me cephalexin for 10 days and it went away. around a month ago when I had sex there was blood in my seman and in my urin for around 16 hours  but this time it hurt really bad to urinate and it was stop and go. Went back to the hospital they said it was a blatter infection put me on 10 days of ciprofloxacin. I went to my normal doctor and he said they were wrong it was a prostate infection and put me on the meds for a full month. about day 8 I masterbated to see if there was blood in it and there wasnt, then on day 10 I had sex again and there was blood again in my seman but not as bad. But in my urin after it looked like i was peeing solid blood. Went back to the hospital they gave me 10 days of cephalexin on top of my other meds. Today I masterbated and there was no blood but it was a yellowish color and its never looked like that before. I still have around 7 days of ciprofloxacin witch will make me be on it for a little over a month. Im so afraid to have sex again because it is so scary to have that much blood in my urin and it hurts soo bad to pee for at least 6 hours. its not burning or stinging it feels like there is just a bunch of urin trying to get out but cant. But the only way of knowing if Im better is to have sex again... anyone know a different way? A 25 year old man should not be afraid of sex :(
