Lately after urinating I've noticed when I wipe there seems to be a sort of bloody discharge. The blood isn't in the urine or stools, just when I wipe. And it's not excessively dark or thick, it's very slight. I'm not on my period right now either and I shouldn't be for another 2 weeks or so. I'm really confused about this, does anyone have any answers?
