OK, I have been having this kind of digestive problem a few months ago, but it got better, and then about a week ago, i started to have this really bad bm.
my stool is very lose, smell bad too, but i don't think it is diarrhea, because i never feel cleaned inside after every bm, and i don't go to the bathroom many times a day. i feel boated, a lot of gas. and even after every bm, if i message my stomach, i can feel there is still a lot of stool left in my colon, but it just doesn't come out. i don't know why, because it is not like im having constipation, my stool is loose, and kind of thin too. I usually go to bathroom everyday, a lot comes out, but still a lot left inside. And i don't even eat that much!!!
I having been taking fiber supplement, and i had to use laxative for the past few days to get a relief, but that doesn't work too well either, because I still have this unfinished feeling after the "major explosion", and bloated too. so i stopped using it. and i can see my stomach sticks out everyday, this is bothering me SO MUCH!!
not a lot pain, no blood. BUT i think im skipping my period, at least it is like 10 days late already.
I am gonna try to get a colonscopy as soon as possible, but i still need to wait for like 2-3 weeks for that.
can anyone give me some professional answers about what's going on? what i should do? Please, this is killing me.
I don't think it is due to my diet, which i pay a lot of attention to, i eat pretty healthy, drink a lot of water. and i didn't change my diet recently either.
Im taking miralax, but i don't think it is helping me much, the fiber supplement doesn't either, i actually think it is doing ht opposite thing, making my bm even worse in some way. Im thinking of stopping using them. But i don't know what to do after that!!
Thanks for all your help, you have no idea how much it means to me!
Have you ever tried psyllium fiber supplement? This is a bulk-forming laxative that works very well for me. Acidophilus probiotic supplement may also be helpful for your condition.

I am an IBS sufferer for many years (Irratible Bowel Syndrome) and I know what it feels like to be bloated and have a bm and still think you have so much still inside you, and have used laxatives as well, but laxatives are not good for you an then i went onto Black Forest Tea Apricot flavour, and this really helps it gives you a soft stool and really feels like it is all gone, But Black Forest Tea is very hard to find and if you do buy a few boxes and keep in your kitchen cuboard for rainy day, I have had two colonoscopies and they give you a mixture alled Colo Prep it is what you have to drink before surgery to ensure that your colon is as clean as a babies bum, you can buy it over the counter, im not too sure which country you in, im in South Africa, but am sure that you get a certain Colo Prep in your town, drink this with pure Mango or apple juice you mix the packet on with the juice just stir it properly, it does not taste very nice i must say but it will really clean your colon out, Try it and I realy hope it works for you. Good luck and God Bless

The first thing that you need to consider is how well you digest in the stomach.  This requires an acidic environment and if you don't have proper stomach digestion the rest of the system gets thrown off as well.  It begins in the stomach.  A quick and easy test to see if you have enough stomach acid is called the baking soda burp test.  Put 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in 4 oz of water and drink it on an empty stomach.  If you do not burp or if it takes more than 3 minutes to burp there is a chance you don't have enough stomach acid.

The second consideration is ineffective bile.  Bile has several functions, one of them is helping to digest fats.  When fats do not digest well you can feel bloated.  Ineffective bile can also lead to constipation and diarrhea at the same time.  Basically you don't have good bowel movements and when you do they are kinda messy.  If your fat digestion is really poor the bowel movement may even be greasy.

The final consideration is your gut biome.  There are bacteria, fungi and viruses that live in your gut.  Some of these are good for you and some are bad for you.  Their ratio is also really important.  Too much of one and not enough of another can also be troublesome even though both are technically good.  TV and internet advertising would have you believe balancing the gut is easy.  Simply buy what they are selling and all will be well.  Often it is not that easy.  I used to use prebiotics and probiotics as a general rule but often found, similar to your situation, that the problem didn't fix.  More recently test kits have become available to take the guess work out of the equation and the additional information has helped get much better results.
