Since I have read that boiling vegetables causes a loss of nutrients, I have been considering healthier ways of cooking. I know that steaming is the best way to preserve nutrients, but I don't want to eat steamed veggies every day. How about stir fry? And what other cooking methods are kind of the nutrients in your veg?
