It's actually not impossible. The women in my family get RA, late twenties, typically after having a child (the hormone changes can screw with your immune system). I'm currently 30 years old and have been experiencing bone pain off and on for a few years. Don't just rely on an rh factor test either, as they can be wrong quite often.

I noticed this problem back when I was a teenager. I am 52 now. The one trigger that I noticed about consuming alcohol and having this pain was the consumption of sugar before, with, or shortly after drinking. Most of the time, I didn’t have to drink a lot. But I noticed it one time after I had eaten a candy bar. Another time it was a syrupy or sugary mixer (probably Coke) with whiskey. Another time it was a piece of cake at a party. I haven’t had hardly any issues since I know to limit the sugar if I’m going to drink. For me, the pain felt like intense bone pain through my shoulders. This pain would basically shut me down for 5 or 10 minutes until I felt like my body had time to metabolize the sugar. At least that’s what I thought was happening. Then I would be fine. Avoid the sugar and be hydrated and you will have less problems. The science behind this is for someone else to explain.

Hey after a long night of heavy drinking last night I woke up to severe pain that felt as if it was radiating from every bone in my body. I curled up in a ball writhing in pain, eventually the pain subsided. This isn't the first time I've experienced this and I was curious if I was the only one.

look up Alcoholic polyneuropathy. Seems to match my pain. I quit drinking (duh) and it goes away in a day or 2.

Can you describe what your pain was like?

Google it. I did. First result from a search of "hangover arm pain". Apparently it's called "Alcoholic Neuropathy". Enjoy.

Yes, I get pain in my knee after a glass of wine. I thought it was unusual as if I was the only one experiencing this. Now I am wondering why ? I expained this to my doctor and he had heard it before.

its sounds like a gluten allergy or wheat allergy.
do you not feel well when you eat wheat, like pasta, bread, cereals.
be careful, and unchecked gluten allergy can lead to gluten ataxia, brain damage which cause destruction of nerves, which lead to trouble walking, trouble with motor skills and headaches.

I'm going through hip replacements now due to avn and drinking. Never knew this could happen. Started with achy hips legs after drinking. 39 years old. I wish people knew this and many other bad things can come from drinking in excess. And for some, any drinking at all can affect them poorly. One year crippled so far.

When I drank hard alcohol as a sassy 18 year old, I would hurt all over for about 15 minutes. However, this did not stop me from over indulging but I had an extremely high tolerance. I drank grow men under the table and still drove home.
